Jewels from Jim and Jackie Lee Houston’s estate are up for auction

The Estate Jewelry Collection on El Paseo presents the Jim & Jackie Lee Houston Auction March 23-25, with a special preview event March 23 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

As entrepreneurs and philanthropists, Jim and Jackie Lee Houston were essential to many Coachella Valley nonprofits, including the McCallum Theater, FIND Food Bank, AIDS Assistance Program, Stroke Recovery Center, Angel View Crippled Children’s Foundation and many more. Many of their favorite pieces are on display at The Estate Jewelry Collection, worn at prominent events throughout the community.

One of the pieces up for auction is a stunning 45.76 carat diamond paved wristwatch originally purchased by Mae West from my mother in the 1980s and then resold through us to Jackie Lee in the early 1980s 2000. For us, this means that our customers continually buy and resell their classic and contemporary jewelery from us. This allows us to offer our buyers incredible savings when they add luxury pieces to their personal collection.
