Alright, so, today I’m gonna tell you about how I got my hands on this Fendi Brown Zucchino Mama Forever Baguette Shoulder Bag. It’s a classic, you know? I’ve always loved the look of these, and I finally decided to go for it.
Finding the Bag
First things first, I started looking around to find one. I knew I wanted the brown Zucca canvas one because it’s just so iconic. I’m telling you, this pattern is timeless. Anyway, I spent a few days checking out different places. I’m not gonna lie, I was a little worried about getting a fake one, so I did some reading on how to spot real Fendi bags. There are apparently seven ways to know if it’s a fake, so I kept those in mind.
Making Sure It’s Real
So, I found one that I really liked. It had that classic tobacco brown color and the adjustable chocolate brown strap that I wanted. But before I did anything, I had to make sure it was the real deal. Here’s what I did:
- Checked for a Hologram: I learned that real Fendi bags have this hologram sticker thingy, which is apparently a newer way they’re fighting off the fakes. I found it inside the bag, and it looked legit. Phew!
- Looked at the Details: I made sure the stitching was perfect and the Fendi logo was on point. It all looked good to me.
- Felt the Material: The Zucca canvas felt just right. It was sturdy, not flimsy.
Getting the Bag
After all that, I was pretty sure it was real. I decided to buy it, and man, was I excited! When it arrived, I checked it over again just to be safe. Everything was perfect. The gold-tone hardware was shiny, and the leather trim was smooth. This bag is from the 2001 collection, which is pretty cool.
Loving It
I’ve been using this bag for a while now, and I’m in love with it. It’s such a classic style, and it goes with everything. Plus, it’s actually a pretty good investment. I read somewhere that the Fendi Baguette is the second most valuable Fendi style of 2023, holding its value really well. That’s a nice bonus, right?
So yeah, that’s my story about getting my Fendi Baguette. It was a bit of a process, but totally worth it. I feel like a million bucks when I wear it. If you’re thinking about getting one, just make sure you do your homework to make sure it’s real, and you’ll be good to go!
